Job description

Customer Engagement & Business Administrator
Location: Wallingford, OX10 9SJ
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Join one of our most dynamic and fast-growing teams at Harrow Green, where you’ll support the smooth delivery of Relocation & Facilities Services. As a Customer Engagement and Business Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational and administrative efficiency of our newest service stream.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations with a focus on administrative efficiency
Help enforce effective cost control and reduction measures across the department
Liaise with inbound customers and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure swift and accurate quotations and invoices
Produce and maintain reports related to job completion times and driver hours, adhering to company guidelines
Process, investigate, and resolve supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Manage and document all warehouse movements for both clients and internal operations
Work collaboratively with the broader Operations team to ensure seamless coordination
Oversee crate rentals and movements, ensuring timely and accurate client invoicing
Maintain cost-efficient use and tracking of crates and operational equipment across the Group
Handle general administrative tasks as needed to support the wider team

About You

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
