Screwfix Direct Ltd is recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers, processing transactions, and ensuring shelves are stocked and attractive.

A flexible shift pattern supports a healthy work-life balance and ongoing training opportunities are provided. Shifts include 3pm-8pm for two weekdays and one weekend day, with opening hours across Mon-Fri, Sat, and Sun.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at till and on the shop floor
• Deliver genuinely great service with a smile
• Support customers with product recommendations and availability
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries
• Participate in training programmes and shift patterns to support work-life balance
