Waitrose & Partners is looking for a Supermarket Assistant in the Oxford area to help ensure customers receive excellent service and fresh, well-presented products. You will join a Partner-led team focused on food passion and customer trust, with opportunities to support various store operations and initiatives.

Formación

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Interest in food and drink trends.

Responsabilidades

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for delivery to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage by following due diligence and marking down items nearing sell-by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
