Qualifications

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in-branch or yard, providing expert advice.
• Creating tailored solutions by preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads.
• Keeping things running smoothly by handling essential admin efficiently.
• Offering guidance with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays.
• Collaborating across the branch with colleagues, including yard and counter sales.
