Harnham is working with a huge Health & Beauty company to find a new Customer Digital Analyst to work on customer journey analysis and reporting.

THE ROLE

This role involves:

• Developing actionable insights
• Looking at onsite customer journey analysis
• Reporting insights to the wider group & business units
• Tracking
• Suggesting new opportunities
• Looking at product categories
• Segmentation & analysis on different customer audiences
• Generic reporting (eg. sales and transaction performance)
