Location: High Wycombe, UK

Travel: 10%

What you will do

This role is based at our High Wycombe office with a hybrid working policy. Kenvue plans to move offices to Reading, Berkshire in Q1 2026, and this role will relocate accordingly.

Kenvue seeks a motivated and driven individual to join our UK eCommerce team as eCommerce Customer Development Manager for Amazon. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, your main goal is to support revenue targets by increasing eCommerce sales and market share across all categories. You will lead the execution of sales and marketing programs, manage customer relationships, influence shopper strategies, and lead negotiations and business planning.

Key accountabilities

  • Lead and own your business responsibilities, including forecasting and P&L management for Amazon to meet sales, spend, and profit targets (INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP).
  • Collaborate with digital, commercial, and strategy teams to identify and execute eCommerce opportunities, providing updates on progress and challenges.
  • Monitor competitor activities and channel performance, devising plans to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Drive growth through Amazon retail levers, including AVN strategies to improve ROI and market share.
  • Support customer service and supply chain teams to ensure efficient processes.
  • Implement best practices on eCommerce sites, including product detail enhancements, pricing, and promotions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, especially within FMCG, health, and beauty sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts and buyers.
  • Design and negotiate effective business plans and promotional activities aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Propose and pilot new tactics like bundling, subscriptions, or loyalty programs.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize results and identify share-of-voice opportunities.
  • Ensure successful execution of NPI and brand campaigns, maximizing visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience with eCommerce and Amazon preferred.
  • Ability to drive strategy and change, analyze data, and manage multiple projects in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making.
  • Highly organized, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Autonomous with strong networking skills to achieve results.
