What will you do
  1. Report into the SCDM with direct P&L ownership for DCS and responsibility for all our iconic brand portfolios. This role collaborates with our primary Convenience Wholesale distributor servicing wholesale, convenience, discount, retail, and select pharmacy accounts.
  2. Deliver specified business targets (sales, spend, and profit targets such as INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP).
  3. Manage forecasting and spend for your customers, providing accurate forecasts to your supply team and commercial planning contacts.
  4. Build positive and collaborative relationships with customers, representing their requirements within Kenvue.
  5. Develop and supervise a Joint Business Plan with retailers to ensure key metrics are achieved for both Kenvue and the business partner.
Qualifications

  1. Strong commercial acumen with excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
  2. Experience in the FMCG sector and prior customer-facing roles are essential.
  3. Ability to identify sales-driving opportunities and enhance business effectiveness.
  4. Proficiency in engaging customers and collaborating with Kenvue experts to develop strategies that create joint business value.
  5. Ability to adapt to evolving business conditions and view them as opportunities to take calculated risks that improve outcomes.
