Job description

Customer Development Manager

Location: Convenient travel to Bury St Edmunds

Salary: £30k+ depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve annually agreed goals on turnover and margin with new and existing customers.
  2. Develop and execute sales action plans to qualify prospects, grow share of wallet, maintain existing customers, and reduce customer churn.
  3. Collaborate with Market Development Managers to maximise repeat sales and develop new customers.
  4. Proactively engage with customers via telephone, email, and video calls.
  5. Utilise the web shop for efficient enquiry handling and order processing.
  6. Identify opportunities for the outside sales team to develop through customer visits.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a solid sales background who are goal-oriented, tech-savvy, and team-driven with a strong passion for success. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
