As the Customer Development and Retention Specialist, you will support the growth of the business within the current customer base and potential new customers.
Your day-to-day focus will be selling to, retaining, and growing revenue within key and direct-to-end-user accounts, as well as managing client queries with the assistance of the Customer Experience team.
