My client, a leading IT Solutions provider, is seeking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer to join an ever-growing Customer Support Function. This client has more than 10,000 employees worldwide and supports numerous large Enterprise Customers. The candidate will:

• Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams using troubleshooting tools and practices.
• Participate in peer communities and share knowledge where appropriate.
• Develop technical and professional skills through training and readiness programs.
• Identify potential product defects and escalate issues to contribute to Microsoft product improvements.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Have strong knowledge of Office 365 technology and Office setup & deployment processes.
• Be proficient with Office core applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, InfoPath, Access) and their integration with platforms like Windows, SharePoint, OneDrive, and mobile devices.
• Optional skills include networking, communication protocols, object-oriented programming, and technical literacy.
• Be able to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
