Overview

A Customer Delivery Manager is our Reactive Sewer Services Operational Team Manager. You\'ll be based at our Finham in Warwickshire, working within our Reactive Sewer Services Team within Waste Networks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of operatives (approx. 20–40 direct reports, including Supervisors and Jetting Operatives).
  • Use strategic thinking and complex problem solving to resolve critical escalations from the team and propose ways to protect, resolve and future-proof issues on the network.
  • Be hands-on when required, including working out in the field with your team to look after the local network.
  • Work a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, with standby evenings and weekends as part of a rota.
  • Support a positive culture focused on collaboration, development, and high employee engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Knowledge of wastewater and surface water runoff, drainage and sewers is ideal.
  • Experience managing reactive, operational field teams.
  • Strong character, positivity, and a caring attitude; ability to engage with diverse communities.
