A large UK retail partnership is seeking a Technician Specialist to deliver and install products directly in customers' homes. This role involves coaching fellow delivery drivers while ensuring high standards of customer service. Candidates must possess relevant driving licenses and have experience in customer-facing roles. The position requires physical ability to handle large items and excellent communication skills.

As one of our Technician Specialists, you'll have the unique opportunity to bring our distinctive John Lewis service directly to our customers' homes, installing products such as furniture, kitchen appliances, sound systems, and TV sets as part of a 2-person delivery crew. You will also coach and develop other delivery drivers in your team on home installations and customer service, serving as a role model for the high standards of John Lewis.
Note: Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be 18 years or older.
Previous installation experience is required, and training will be provided through our installer accreditation. Additional requirements include:
This role involves 41 hours per week, across four days (Monday to Saturday), starting at 06:00 and finishing at 17:00.
