Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver in Washington to support our store team with customer-focused service. You will load your van, deliver groceries to regular customers and help with online orders when needed.

You'll work part time on day shifts, keeping safety and vehicle cleanliness a priority while providing a friendly, efficient service with a smile.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) held 12+ months; max 6 penalty points.
• Customer-focused and friendly approach to service.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
• Good communication and team mindset.
• Willing to learn and adapt to training.

Responsibilities

• Load van and deliver to customers’ homes.
• Serve customers with a smile and handle orders.
• Assist with loading/unloading and packing online orders when busy.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.

When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic - we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
