As Partners, we share ownership, responsibility, and rewards. We work together, uphold our values, and treat everyone with kindness and respect. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and grow both individually and collectively.
As Partners, we make a difference, and we all own it.
Important points to note:
Some roles may require pre-employment vetting, including DBS checks, which will be communicated during recruitment. Candidates are encouraged to complete vetting promptly to avoid delays. DBS checks are carried out by registered bodies, and financial probity checks may also be necessary.
We recommend applying early, as vacancies may close if we receive high application volumes.
We support flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance, including flexible hours, job sharing, or shorter contracts. Discuss these options with the hiring manager during your interview.
