About the role

This is a front-line role where you represent Waitrose & Partners to customers. You should be flexible, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Note: Due to handling age-restricted items, applicants must be 18 or over.

You will be the friendly face of our business, delivering Waitrose quality and service directly to customers' doors. When not on delivery, you may assist in-store with stock control and cashiering, which could involve lifting heavy products.

This role requires a good understanding of health & safety, excellent driving skills, and a flexible, customer-focused attitude. A driving assessment will be part of the application process.

Essential experience, skills, and qualifications:

• Full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points
• Age 18 or over

Part of the application includes a licence check and security screening.

Desirable experience and qualifications:

• Previous driving experience
• Knowledge of chilled vehicles
