Our Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £12.92/hour, increasing to £14.05 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate your availability within the scheduled shifts, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.

As the face of Tesco on the road, you'll deliver to customers' homes, providing excellent service with a smile. This role involves driving, customer interaction, and delivery responsibilities, with support from managers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the van and trays are clean and organized
• Maintaining a tidy delivery environment
• Loading the van and checking its roadworthiness
• Communicating with customers about orders and substitutions
• Handling products carefully and delivering within scheduled times
• Calling customers before early arrivals and notifying stores of delays

Requirements include:

• Building good relationships with colleagues
• Being welcoming and customer-focused
• Responding quickly to customer needs and embracing change
• Having a valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
