Our Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £12.92/hour, increasing to £14.05 inside the M25. Additional location-based payments may apply. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We value flexibility and support varied availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure van and trays are clean, tidy, and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of delivery areas and vehicles.
• Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions, and refunds.
• Handle products with care and deliver within the scheduled time slots.
• Support store and customer communication, including calling ahead if early or late.

Requirements

• Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Be energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
