Pay and Hours

Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £13.35/hour; increases to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible scheduling based on your availability, with shifts scheduled with three weeks' notice.

As a Tesco Customer Delivery Driver, you will deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting customers at their homes. This role involves more than driving; it’s about helping others and delivering excellent service with a smile.
