Availability Window

Days and times when you are available to work:

• Tuesday: 08:00 - 18:00
• Wednesday: 09:00 - 19:00
• Thursday: 09:00 - 19:00
• Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12 hours). We value flexibility and would love to hear from you regardless of your availability.

As a Delivery Driver, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the van and trays are clean and organized
• Maintaining a tidy delivery area and picking up litter
• Washing trays as required
• Loading the van and checking its roadworthiness
• Communicating with customers about order changes and substitutions
• Handling products carefully and delivering within the scheduled time slot
• Calling customers before early arrivals and informing the store if delayed

Requirements include:

• Building positive relationships with colleagues
• Providing friendly and helpful customer interactions
• Responding quickly to customer needs and embracing change
• Having a valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
