Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers in their time slot with warm, natural service.
• Keep van, trays, and work area clean and organised for quality delivery.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes, substitutions, or refunds to keep the experience smooth.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver the best service.
