Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to meet customers at their homes across the UK. The role combines driving with hands-on delivering, loading, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are flexible and designed to fit around a 12–16+ hour per week commitment.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required in UK/EU/EEA.
• Customer-focused service mindset is expected during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and orders to customers within agreed time slots.
• Load and unload items, keep van tidy and organized.
• Explain order changes or substitutions to customers and arrange refunds when needed.
• Maintain product handling quality and ensure order integrity.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues on the road and in-store.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and flexible working hours.
