Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes. This role is hands-on, physical and varied, with no two shifts the same. You’ll load the van and drive safely, delivering within the customer time slot and ensuring orders are accurate and well-presented.

A flexible schedule is available, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and pay starting at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence with up to 3 penalty points is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Ability to engage with customers politely and professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within the promised time slot.
• Load the van safely and keep it clean and organised.
• Explain order changes or substitutions clearly and arrange refunds if needed.
