Pay and Hours

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £13.35/hour, increasing to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). Shifts are scheduled with 3 weeks' notice within your available times. We support flexibility and are open to candidates with close but not exact availability.

Customer Focus

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting customers in their homes daily. The role involves more than driving; it’s about delivering excellent service with a smile, helping customers in various ways. The job is hands-on, physical, and varied. You’ll be your own boss during shifts, with support from managers and colleagues back at base.
