Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We offer flexible scheduling within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts. We welcome applications from those seeking flexibility, stability, or a career change.

As a Delivery Driver, your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the van and trays
• Ensuring the delivery area is tidy and litter-free
• Loading the van and checking its roadworthiness
• Communicating with customers about order changes and substitutions
• Handling products with care and delivering within the scheduled time slot
• Contacting customers if arriving early or late

Requirements:

• Build positive relationships with colleagues
• Be warm and welcoming to customers and colleagues
• Respond quickly to customer needs and embrace change
• Be energetic and driven to exceed expectations
• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
