Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.

The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, therefore if the times you’re available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we’d still love to hear from you. Availability Window

  • Sun: 18:00 - 23:00
  • Mon: 09:00 - 22:00
  • Wed: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Thu: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Fri: 08:00 - 23:00
  • Sat: 18:00 - 22:00

Pay & Hours

Starting from £13.35/hour, increasing to £14.56 inside the M25. Flexible hours with a minimum of 12 or 16 guaranteed hours per week. We support flexible scheduling and will inform you of your shifts with 3 weeks’ notice.

Customer Focus

Deliver exceptional service by engaging with customers, managing substitutions, and ensuring timely deliveries within their preferred time slots. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your van and trays, and communicate effectively with customers and stores regarding any delays or issues.

Requirements

  • UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Be energetic, adaptable, and proactive in responding to customer needs.
