Pay and Hours

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £13.35/hour; increases to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling and will inform you of your shifts with 3 weeks' notice.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting and helping customers in their homes. This role involves more than driving: it's about service, helping others, and delivering with a smile.

It's hands-on, physical, and varied. No two shifts are the same. You will be your own boss most of the day, with support from managers and colleagues back at base.
