Pay and hours

Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £13.35/hour; increases to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week; options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available. We will schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice.

Customer focus

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting customers in their homes daily. This role involves more than driving; it’s about helping others and providing excellent service with a smile.
