Pay and Hours

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts with 3 weeks’ notice, and support flexibility if your availability closely matches our advertised times.

Customer Focus

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting and talking to customers in their homes. This role involves more than driving: helping others and delivering excellent service with a smile.

This is a hands-on, physical role with variety; no two shifts are the same. You’ll be delivering to customers independently but supported by managers and colleagues back at base.
