Job description

Job Description:

As a Customer Coordinator (Information Security sector) within Business Assurance, you are responsible for part of the operational process within your sector. This includes calculating and drafting re-certification contracts, processing adjustments to existing contracts, assembling audit teams, and ensuring that audits are conducted within the desired time frame. You will work closely with your direct colleagues within the sector and with colleagues from other departments within Business Assurance Management System Certification.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and diverse support role with a wide range of activities:

  • Engage with Customers: You'll ensure that customers have valid and up-to-date contracts in a timely manner, considering all commercial and technical requirements.
  • Support: You'll be a key point of contact for a selected group of auditors and customers within the sector, providing essential support.
  • Ensure: You'll optimize the utilization of auditors and minimize their travel time.
  • Contribute: You'll coordinate between auditors and customers, directly influencing customer satisfaction.
  • System Expert: You'll work daily with various systems to serve our customers and act as our expert.
  • Information Security: You'll gain and maintain knowledge of Information Security certification schemes and their market.
