Jemcaare currently offering a fantastic opportunity as a Customer Consultant to join our business based out of our Toyota Enfield dealership. As a Customer Consultant, you will look after the customer’s sales process from start to finish. Friendly and professional, you’ll work in your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional.

You will manage all sales appointments professionally, ensure high-quality test drive experiences, and deliver on your sales targets. This role is suitable for an experienced Customer Consultant looking to grow their earning potential within one of the UK’s top brands.

What we need
  • Talk and listen to the customer to build rapport and accurately qualify their requirements
  • Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the product
  • Maintain contact to ensure the customer is kept informed throughout the sales and pre-delivery process
  • Liaise with the customer to arrange a handover and complete all paperwork for vehicle registration
  • Personally hand over the vehicle and introduce the customer to the service team to secure future business
  • Understand the customer journey and be committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Follow the Sales Process in full
  • Build relationships with the service team
  • Maximise sales opportunities for colleagues, e.g., Business Manager and Business Centre sales
  • Achieve personal sales and profit targets, including conversions, test drives, warranty, and add-on sales
  • Complete all required administration accurately and promptly
  • Deliver memorable service to all customers
  • Attend appointments booked by our Sales Enquiry Team
Your Skills
  • Previous experience as a Customer Consultant
  • Proven sales record in a Main Dealer environment
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a main dealer environment
  • Sales-driven and motivated by earnings
