Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the company’s values and vision while ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer’s preference, our team is on-hand to engage with customers daily. We take the time to understand their needs and recommend products that make them feel good. Many of our products are made with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. When advising customers on skincare, we are not just selling an ideal but helping communities build better lives.
As part of our team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice and provide an inspiring insight into The Body Shop’s products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find solutions that suit their preferences and lifestyles.
