As part of our dedicated team of consultants, you will offer advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will get to learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

  • Learn and understand our products — they're packed with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. We're not just selling skincare; we're helping communities build better lives.
  • Learn our customers' needs and recommend any of our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products that will make them feel good.
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service.

  • An interest in connecting with customers to drive engagement.
  • Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
