This role is a multisite position working in both our West Kirby and Chester branches. You will primarily be based in West Kirby, with the requirement to work in Chester as needed.
The role is permanent, working 18 hours per week. Days and hours will be discussed at interview based on business needs. Please note, there will be a requirement to work approximately 2 Saturdays per month in Chester on a rota basis, with time off in lieu provided.

We are recruiting for a Customer Consultant at our multisite branches in West Kirby and Chester.
The Customer Consultant role involves engaging with customers to identify their needs, providing information about our savings products and services, and delivering a straightforward, helpful service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Our branches are central to local communities, but we also support customers online and via our contact centre, offering face-to-face, virtual, and outbound interactions to meet their needs. You will always prioritize customer needs and aim to deliver a first-class service.
For customers, you will be more than just a friendly face and voice—you will listen, problem-solve, and become a knowledgeable resource to help them achieve their financial goals.

What Will You Be Doing As A Customer Consultant?
Be the first point of contact: warmly welcoming customers in-branch and over the phone, making positive first impressions.
Engage and understand: asking insightful questions to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Listen and tailor solutions: understanding each customer’s circumstances and offering personalized advice.
Proactive outreach: contacting customers by phone to discuss their needs and support options.
Maintain accurate records: updating customer information in our systems, with attention to vulnerable customers.
Adhere to policies: following our standards and controls, supported by training and coaching.
What Do We Need From You?
Previous customer interaction experience, in banking, retail, food & beverage, guest services, health/care, or similar sectors. We value a passion for delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Ability to handle busy days and a variety of customers with good time management.
Flexibility to grow, adapt, and change with business needs.
What Is In It For You?
