Job summary

The Body Shop in Alfreton is seeking a Customer Consultant to deliver exceptional service on the shop floor and help drive store sales and profitability. You will represent our ethical, cruelty-free brand, learn product ranges, and engage customers with genuine recommendations while supporting flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Ideally you have a passion for beauty, strong listening and communication skills, and enjoy a team-focused retail environment.

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

As part of our dedicated team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will get to learn the products, their origins and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
