Job Description:
  • Customer Communications Specialist - Loyalty & Rewards (B2C)
  • Reading | Hybrid
  • Day Rate Contract - Inside IR35
  • Contract till the end of July 2025
  • You must be available to start immediately or asap
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship

This role involves managing the creative development of communications for our Telco Partner's rewards app, including acquiring new members and servicing existing members across channels like email, SMS, DM, and App.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CVM team, Marketing Managers, Partnerships, and Propositions teams to enhance customer experience, meet download targets, stimulate active users, and facilitate offer redemptions.

Experience

  • Experience in Customer Communications or related Marketing communications in B2C organizations
  • Copywriting experience
  • Experience with AI/ChatGPT
  • Proven ability to influence customer behavior and improve commercial outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing peers and senior management
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional grammar and language skills with a passion for copywriting
