A leading insurance provider in Ipswich is seeking a Customer and Communications Planning Manager to optimize operations across multiple teams. The role involves leading integrated plans, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Strong experience in planning and stakeholder engagement is required. We’ve got an opportunity for a Customer and Communications Planning Manager to join AXA UK. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the Customer, Brand, Communications and Sustainability teams in the Customer and Communications function operates in a joined up, efficient and business aligned way. You’ll connect activity across multiple teams and translate business requirements into clear and prioritised plans. You’ll embed operational excellence to drive effectiveness and efficiency by overseeing planning, budget management, measurement and transformation initiatives. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
