What you’ll do

The Customer Communications Lead will own the customer-focussed communication programme for VOIS.
The role will own the strategy and delivery of customer communication across the core communications channels, working closely with Head of Communications, External Comms Lead and Head of Sales to generate awareness and consideration of the VOIS positioning and services amongst target customers.
• Develop and lead insight-led customer communications programme, aligned to the marketing framework objectives.
• Develop insights and research to support decision making and evolution of the strategy.
• Create differentiated positioning & message hierarchy for services, products and customer groups.
• Work with design team to develop compelling content aligned to the needs of the customer and relevant to VOIS channels.
• Work with Sales, Customer Engagement and Bid teams to build a library of credentials and case studies.
• Oversee development of Content Management System.
• Maximise opportunities across Vodafone Group and OpCos to promote awareness and deep understanding of VOIS offering.
• Performance reporting: KPIs and measurement.

Who you are

• Results driven mindset.
• Self-starter and ability to join the dots across a complex, fast-faced organisation.
• Demonstrated experience in technology marketing including broader digital services.
• Evidence of strong influencing skills and an ability to work across the business, proactively facilitating effective colaberation across CALs, GTM/Sales, Group and OpCos.
• Experience in designing programmes & campaigns, building content and creating customer stories that drive results
• Proven design thinking and agile experience that can be applied to complex solutions
