Riverside is looking for a Customer Communication Officer (Fire) to enhance communication efforts regarding building safety regulations. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, focusing on proactive communication strategies and effective stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and community impact.
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £36,050.39 (£39,676.95 achieved after 12 months of successful performance)
Working Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - hybrid working

You will lead communication efforts with colleagues and customers on behalf of the Building Safety Department, focusing on requirements under the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Regulations. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies, managing proactive and reactive communications regarding fire safety inspections, and supporting corporate communication campaigns.
