Overview

To facilitate consistent delivery of 98.5% service on Grains into Tesco. Producing timely and accurate demand forecasts that will drive our supply planning process. Manage the supply chain relationship with all key stakeholders whilst being the 'Customer' supply champion within PUK.

Responsibilities

• To facilitate consistent delivery of 98.5% service into specified customer by producing timely and accurate demand forecasts that will drive our supply planning process, in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams, ensuring the system forecast is correct.
• To lead the collaborative agenda with specific customer / commercial teams to include productivity, sustainability and simplification changes E2E.
• To ensure the specific account is represented accordingly and take the lead by representing customer in DDS.
• To lead and support on relevant strategic projects within the specific customer.
• To resolve any issues on supply chain performance from our factories to their shelves.
• Lead 30,60,90 collaborative meetings with Customer and Commercial.
• Manage NPD, PIPO and Range Review lines into Customer.
• Analysis of promotions and managing demand forecast in line with promo performance.
• Deliver FA/Bias KPI's for Customer.

Qualifications

• Detailed supply chain experience that includes an intricate knowledge of demand planning and the tools, communication methods and systems used within the department and of retailer/customer availability drivers.
• Attention to detail and a strong analytical capability to enable insight into Data trends through leveraging MS Office functionality.
• Strong communication and influencing style internally and externally.
• Understanding of the End to End Supply Chain processes and methodologies including "Lean" approach to problem solving.
• Strong Collaborator - Ability to leverage relationships across PUK and the customer base to achieve results.
• Knowledge and experience of the PUK customer base from a strategic and tactical point of view.
• Clear understanding of the PUK ambient network.
• Understanding of all PUK demand planning processes and systems.
• Sound commercial awareness.
