Summary:
As the Customer Channel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of customer marketing activity. You will be accountable for delivering an effective data strategy and maintaining database health whilst adhering to GDPR and Vertu communication policies. You will be technically minded and have a good understanding of CRM systems.
