Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a store colleague. The pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Some locations may offer additional payments. Your shifts are scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice, and part-time hours from 12 hours are also available.

You will provide friendly service, know our products, and support a range of store duties from replenishment to checkout and order picking, helping to drive great service and sales.

Qualifications

• Willingness to support store duties (replenishment, checkout, order picking).

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
