Customer Category Manager
Full-time (12-month fixed-term contract)
Market Drayton - Hybrid
We are seeking a strategic and driven Customer Category Manager to join our team for a 12-month period. This role focuses on developing and executing sustainable category growth strategies, fostering strong customer partnerships, and enhancing Mller's performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer-specific category growth plans to strengthen partnerships based on trust and shared objectives.
- Lead the Range Review process to achieve category growth and meet sales ambitions.
- Develop and implement the Category and Point of Purchase Vision, considering all store formats and online channels.
- Maintain Mller as the primary contact for the customer by establishing a clear external contact strategy.
- Facilitate effective communication across functions regarding category performance, NPD status, and insights.
- Contribute strategically to business processes like SBRs, account planning, and JBP.
- Represent customer and category leadership as Brand Champion, influencing brand development.
- Support team development and foster a coaching culture.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with the Top 4 Retailers in traditional retail environments.
- Proficiency in using market and retailer data systems.
- Analytical mindset to interpret trends and insights from data.
- Expertise in Category Development and Insights.
- Creativity in data analysis and storytelling to identify growth opportunities.
- Positive attitude and strong stakeholder relationship skills.
- Effective communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Attention to detail with strategic vision.
- Brand advocate with engaging communication style.
- Self-motivated with a focus on personal and team growth.
