Your new role
As Customer Care Team Leader, you’ll support the Regional Manager and lead the Customer Care team, ensuring smooth coordination with Sales and efficient service delivery.

  • Lead and motivate the Customer Care team
  • Liaise with Sales to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and chase internal processes to meet deadlines
  • Identify and implement service improvements
  • Support the Regional Manager with daily operations
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in customer service or telesales leadership
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to push back and drive results
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and EMS systems
  • Ideally 1+ years in B2B customer service and sales is preferred but not essential
