This role is ideal for a German‑speaking candidate who wants to break into the fintech industry, develop strong commercial and client‑facing skills, and grow within a supportive, people‑focused business.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle inbound calls and other communications in German, then relay and document information in English for non‑German‑speaking colleagues.
  • Translate client needs and queries clearly and accurately between German and English.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing friendly, efficient, and solution‑focused support.
  • Work closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Recoveries, and Analytics) to resolve issues and follow up on client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and help identify recurring issues or process improvements.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture in a fast‑paced office environment; comprehensive training provided with ongoing learning and development support.
  • Clear opportunities to progress into areas such as Sales, Recoveries/collections, Analytics and other operational functions.
