As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, interacting with customers and ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas. Your activities include making children feel welcome, distributing balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, and we are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. You should also be able to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
