Do you want to contribute to the future of healthcare? Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Care Centre (CCC). Based at our headquarters in Frimley, Surrey, this role will operate and monitor country logistical activities within customer services, including supporting the process of the order and return of spare parts, administering third-party suppliers, managing warehousing and calibration processes, and maintaining records within the department's data management systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for country logistical activities.
  • Support other Customer Care Centre teams to ensure service delivery aligns with service level agreements.
  • Handle tasks related to third-party logistics and warehousing, including booking dispatches and returns, and maintaining inventory.
  • Raise and maintain purchase orders for services supplied by third parties and other orders concerning country logistics.
  • Create assets and perform administrative tasks in the maintenance of the DX Siebel system.
  • Administer invoices related to country logistics operations.
  • Manage instrument movements and returned instrument stock, including disposal or return for refurbishment.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Confident communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Ownership and accountability for daily responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build good relationships.
  • Customer-focused with an understanding of customer requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of current practices.
  • Interest and passion for working in healthcare.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Siebel is preferred.
