Do you want to contribute to the future of healthcare? Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Customer Care professional to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in Camberley, Surrey. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Based at our Camberley Office, this role is a 7-day contract working shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm. Shifts will be scheduled on any day between Monday and Sunday. Flexibility is required as there may be occasional business cover requirement. Any requirement to work extended hours would be eligible for overtime/enhanced pay.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for effectively managing all customer requests for support from call logging to call completion. You will also be expected to be the accurate and effective handler of all requests from the NHS and private sectors.
