Do you want to contribute to the future of healthcare? Siemens Healthineers is looking for an experienced call centre professional to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in Camberley, Surrey. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

Based at our Camberley Office, this role involves working shifts between 8am-8pm, scheduled any day from Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is required, with occasional business cover and potential for extended hours, which would be eligible for overtime or enhanced pay.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will manage customer support requests from call logging to completion, handling inquiries from both NHS and private sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Logging all Service/Applications related calls, checking contract and warranty status, and capturing contact information.
  2. Forwarding logged calls to the relevant technical/support teams.
  3. Serving as a point of contact for general healthcare customer inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  4. Creating spare part and test equipment orders for Customer Service Engineers and coordinating delivery.

Applicants should have prior call centre experience and the following skills:

  1. Experience handling customer interactions via phone and face-to-face.
  2. Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  3. Experience working under pressure and within a team.
  4. Knowledge of SAP and Siebel is advantageous.
