Role: What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, face-to-face role that blends hospitality, community, and property care. No two days will be the same; you’ll move between beautiful sites and become the go-to person for tenants.

A typical week might include:

  • Building Care: Carrying out checks, making sure contractors and cleaners deliver high standards, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
  • Experience: Being present onsite, approachable, and available - solving day-to-day issues quickly and professionally.
  • Community Building: Organising quarterly events with your own creative spin to bring tenants together and cultivate a sense of community.
  • Agility: Supporting lettings with viewings when needed, and handling unexpected challenges with confidence.
  • Flexibility: Splitting time between Camden (2 days), Bermondsey (2 days), and weekly inspections elsewhere in the portfolio (1 day).
What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous property management experience - this role is perfect for someone from a hospitality, events, property, or customer service background who loves working with people and takes pride in making things happen.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Well-spoken, engaging, and naturally personable.
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Confident solving problems and thinking on your feet.
  • Creative, with ideas for fun, engaging community events.
  • Happy to move between sites and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Why Join This Team?
  • Career Progression – Training, upskilling, and long-term career opportunities.
  • Prestige Brand – Work for a premium co-living company setting new standards in London.
  • Community Impact – Play a key role in creating vibrant, connected communities.
  • Variety & Autonomy – A dynamic role where you’re trusted to make an impact every day.

If you’re passionate about people, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to be part of a forward-thinking co-living brand, this could be the perfect role for you.
