Newman Personnel Ltd. is hiring for a Marketing Team Customer Service - Ecommerce role in Loughton. This hybrid, full-time position pays £27,000 per year.

You will help customers via email, live chat and social media, turning queries into positive experiences while resolving orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.

Work closely with warehouse teams and couriers to keep orders on track, handle complaints, and spot ways to enhance the customer journey in a busy online retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or online retail.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zendesk or Gorgias, PayPal and Scurri.
• Great communication skills, attention to detail and a calm head when things get busy.
• Confidence using Excel and Word.
